Return & Refund Policy


At Hook & Throttle , customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if your product arrives damaged, we offer a simple return and refund process under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged Products:

    • If your product is damaged upon arrival, please record a video while opening the parcel to document the damage. This is required for us to process any compensation or refunds. Without this video, we will not be able to accommodate the return or refund request.
  2. Return & Refund Process:

    • Once the video of the damaged product is provided, we will initiate the refund for the product.
  3. Exchange Policy:

    • If you'd prefer to exchange the product instead of getting a refund, you can do so. However, the delivery charges for the exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.
